Q: What are the requirements (minimum & maximim) for the Xbox 360®?
A: The minimum requirement is 1GB storage capacity. The USB flash drive must be formatted with the Windows FAT32 file system. Macintosh or Linux formats do not work. You can format up to 16GB of the storage space on the USB flash drive to use as Xbox storage. Note: The Xbox 360 reserves 512MB of storage space for system use.
Q: How do I configure my Call of Duty®: Ghosts / Black Ops II USB flash drive in an Xbox 360®?
A: Before you format a USB flash drive as an Xbox storage device, make sure you have the latest console software update. It is recommend to select the "Customize" option when configuring your USB flash drive. Then move the "Reserved Storage" slider to select about half the available space on the flash drive. This will allow the drive to be used in your console as well as your computer. Detailed information can be found at: support.xbox.com.
Q: How do I download my Xbox LIVE profile?
A: If you have more than one Xbox 360 console or you want to play games at a friend's house, you might want to download your Xbox LIVE profile to multiple consoles.
Before downloading your Xbox LIVE profile, we recommend enabling "Cloud Storage" on your Xbox. This allows you to store / backup your profile and certain save files online. Detailed information can be found at: support.xbox.com.
CAUTION: We do NOT recommend the option to move your profile, if is not attached to an Xbox Live account, from an Xbox console to a USB flash drive. This option will remove your profile from a console and place it on an external USB flash drive. If that USB flash drive is lost or damaged, you will NOT be able to recover that profile.
Detailed information on the recommended downloading of a Xbox LIVE profile can be found at: support.xbox.com.
Q: What are the requirements for the PS3™?
